Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

This Non-Disclosure Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of the date of acceptance by the User (the "Effective Date"), by and between [Platform Name] (the "Platform"), and the user accessing or contributing to the Platform ("User").

1. Confidentiality of Content
User agrees to access and use content provided through the Platform solely for its intended purposes. Any content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, audio files, and other digital media (collectively, "Content"), is considered confidential and proprietary.

2. Restrictions on Use
User agrees not to:

• Download, screenshot, copy, or capture Content without explicit permission.

• Modify, edit, alter, or create derivative works based on the Content.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All Content on the Platform remains the property of its respective owners and licensors. User acknowledges that no ownership rights in Content are granted through access to the Platform.

4. Indemnification and Remedies
User agrees to indemnify and hold the Platform and Content owners harmless for any breach of this Agreement, including but not limited to legal fees and damages. The Platform and Content owners reserve the right to seek injunctive relief and other remedies available by law.

5. Term and Termination
This Agreement remains in effect for as long as the User has access to the Platform. The Platform may terminate User's access to the Platform at any time if a breach of this Agreement is suspected.

6. Miscellaneous
This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
